Following the exhibition / consultation on 4 April there are a number of new documents available to download from Artisan Planning & Property Services, who are managing this development proposal. The new plan shows some changes from the one published in February. The most significant alterations - a pumping station, alignment of the central north-south road with a swale, and a substantial ditch along the southern boundary, seem to be connected with drainage. Other documents include the transport assessment, the ecological appraisal, floor plans of the various types of house, and some artist's impressions showing the development at street level from different viewpoints. Artisan are working in conjunction with the landowners, Kathy and Tim Parker, and with a builder, Landex Ltd.
